Race? She's black. Just like Halibel and Tousen. You do know we come in more than one shade of "Black" (Brown, Tan, Nearly White, etc,etc) She's much darker than I am. We have nearly the same eye color. If you saw me you'd have no trouble telling I was black.

As far as Yoruichi goes, someone that dark doesn't seem Caucasian to me. Never thought much about whether she's Hispanic or Asian or African American though. My eye isn't that keen.
